Dee Zee Limited 12 Month Warranty.
Dee Zee Inc. warrants to the original owner of Dee Zee Accessories that Dee Zee Inc.will repair or replace free any Dee Zee product found, under normal use, to be defective in factory materials or workmanship within 12 months from date of purchase.
There are no other express warranties on any Dee Zee Accessories. Any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness is limited to the 12 month duration of this written warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts so the above limitation may not apply to you.
This warranty does not apply to you unless you are the original consumer purchaser of any Dee Zee accessory. For the warranty to apply you must return the defective product post paid to Dee Zee Inc. 1572 N.E. 58th Ave. Des Moines, IA 50313.
Dee Zee Inc. shall not have any responsibility for the loss of use of any defective merchandise nor for the loss of time, inconvenience, commercial loss or consequential damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
Dee Zee Inc. has a policy of continued product improvement, as well as its principle suppliers, we reserve the right to make any changes in design and/or construction at any time without incurring any obligation on units already sold.
